What CasePath is for
CasePath helps business students understand assignment requirements, plan analysis, connect evidence and review their own work. Students remain responsible for authorship, source verification and final submission.
Academic Integrity
Our platform is a tool for thought, not a substitute for it. CasePath does not write or submit coursework on behalf of users. We do not provide automated essay generation, nor do we offer a guarantee of specific marks or academic outcomes.
Crucially, CasePath does not perform plagiarism scanning against institutional archives. Students are solely responsible for ensuring their work meets their university's specific integrity policies and for running their final submissions through institutional tools like Turnitin.
Uploaded Materials
Full project content is saved only in this browser in the current product. Signing in can save basic project details such as title, course, status and timestamps, but it does not create an online copy of assignment files, full briefs, rubrics, drafts, feedback, prompts or AI outputs.

Storage Boundaries & Responsibility
Full project content is saved only in this browser. When account saving is available, it stores basic project details such as title, course, status and timestamps. It does not sync the analysis or replace the project saved on this device.
CasePath is not a complete online backup service. Keep original files and independent backups. Export projects from Projects before changing browsers, devices or clearing browser data.
AI & Privacy
Disabled by defaultLive AI is not available to ordinary users. Using the built-in guidance in this browser does not send the assignment to an external AI provider.
Before any future AI feature can send text to an external provider, the screen must explain what will be sent and ask for consent. CasePath must also confirm account access, limits and safety checks. The purpose and provider data handling must be shown at that action.
Support, Deletion & Security
User Rights
You can export or delete projects saved in this browser from Projects. Exporting or deleting basic account project details is a separate action. Final account deletion is not available yet, and making a request does not mean provider data or projects on this device have been deleted.
Incident Response
If a required service is not ready, the related action stays unavailable. This does not mean CasePath has a staffed 24/7 security team. Use Contact Support for a security concern and do not include assignment content, passwords, card data or provider credentials.
