database Account & Support

Pricing preview and access expand_more
Pricing is a preview. First launch is Single Assignment Pass only; public checkout is closed until production payment and entitlement gates are approved. No institutional licence or department key is active.
Does CasePath save my full assignment online? expand_more
Does CasePath write my assignment? No. CasePath supports assignment understanding, planning and review; it does not write the submission. Browser-local projects stay on this device unless you export them. Account storage, when available, only saves project metadata such as title, course, stage, status and timestamps.
Is Live AI available? expand_more
Normal-user live AI is not currently enabled. Any future external processing requires explicit consent, server-side authorization, provider configuration, limits, safety review and operational approval.
How do account metadata controls work? expand_more
You can export account project metadata from your Account page and delete saved account project metadata from your Account page. Deleting that metadata does not delete browser-local projects and does not delete your Clerk sign-in account.
Troubleshooting expand_more
If a page fails, preserve your source files, note the visible error, retry once and use Contact Support if the problem continues. Do not clear browser data before exporting local projects you need. Public support intake is separate and does not create a ticket system or SLA; the current form does not send email yet.

Use the current page status and Launch Truth notes; documentation dates do not guarantee that a provider-backed capability is enabled.
